The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Notre studio est une maisonnette avec entrée privative. Il est situé entre la jolie gare de Bordeaux et l'emblématique marché des Capucins. Notre rue est paisible et fleurie, tel un hameau en centre ville dans un style typiquement bordelais. Composé d’un petit salon, d'un coin nuit séparé par des rideaux japonais, d'une cuisine équipée et d'une salle de bain/WC, il est très lumineux grace a ses grandes fenêtres et conserve sa fraicheur en été avec ses murs en pierre bordelaises.

Studio indépendant situé dans notre maison, proche du centre et disponible du dimanche soir au vendredi matin, idéal étudiant en alternance ou travailleur en déplacement. Ce studio de 15m2, entièrement rénové est parfaitement équipé avec lit 140 cm neuf, salle d'eau ouverte (douche et WC), coin cuisine. Pretty and typical small apartment in center of Bordeaux . It is completely renovated. It is located on a small square in the historic, cosmopolitan and lively district of Saint Michel. You are close to the train station and street St Catherine ( 5 min ). I propose in addition the rental of a secure parking space near the studio in the same area (less than 5 minutes by car and 12 minutes walk from the apartment).You will have the Netflix channel for free.
