Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Sleeps 12 people (2 queens, 2 triple bunk beds, 2 4in sleeping pads, and keyless entry, great views. Plenty of parking for cars and toys!

Great for creative retreats, getaways, families, digital nomads, and vacationers; not the right place for parties. *No smoking or pets. *The HOA noise ordinance is enforced. *There will be guests in the basement unit, they have a separate entrance.

Located just under a mile from downtown Garden City where you can walk or bike for meals, raspberry shakes, or shop but far enough from the hustle and bustle of the crowd. The Yacht House offers plenty of room for your family and friends.
