This beautiful beachside cottage is an incredible find, right across from the beach with a pool! It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. With a fully stocked kitchen free WiFi and cable, washer and dryer in the home. This cottage is a cozy cottage but yet spacious enough for 7 guests. You can fish off the Garden City Pier or hit one of many arcades just a short walk from the cottage. Visit The Marsh walk with it's many restaurants and outdoor music. Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.
