Location, location, location! If you've never experienced our neighborhood as a destination vacation before, or if it's an old favorite, you're in for a treat! Nestled in the center of vibrant Hyde Park, this upstairs apartment is perfectly situated. Stunning high desert foothills trails, river, city night life; it’s all just a stroll away. I am proud to offer The Heart of Hyde Park as a perfect taste of the Boise North End experience, complete with all its warmth and traditional character.

Franklin Place - Downtown Historic Apartment

This charming apartment is the 2nd level of our historic home. It has a separate entrance. We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. This entire space has been completely renovated, keeping its original charm and character.

Eighth St. Apartment

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that folds down. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

Phillippi Place

Very cozy, centrally located Phillippi Place on the Bench! Close to the airport, shopping, downtown, & restaurants. Home features: private fenced patio area, central heating, and air. The bedroom and bath are located upstairs. Very convenient parking on the street. For guests who are staying longer, if you choose, the carport is available on the back of the building. "No Guests" Rule: Only registered guests are allowed on the property at any time. No visitors, local or otherwise.

Hillside Hideaway

Hillside Hideaway is nestled in the foothills overlooking Boise with panoramic views of the valley. Located just minutes from downtown with easy access to highways, foothills and outdoor activities. Beautifully decorated with many amenities. Truly a home away from home! Private entrance with a wrap around deck. HD Smart TV. DVD Player. Huge kitchen-well stocked with all the basics you need. All ages and back ground are welcome, but has no yard to play in-3 parks closeby.
