The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Appartement très bien situé, calme et lumineux

Bienvenue chez nous, vous êtes chez vous ! Charmant appartement de 67 m2, lumineux, au 8 ème étage dans une résidence extrêmement calme. Triple exposition, une vue imprenable sur la basilique de Fourvière et les monts du Lyonnais. En face du Théâtre Gallo Romain, 2mn à pied du funiculaire de Fourvière, 10 mn à pied du quartier Saint Jean (centre historique). Très facile de se garer gratuitement à max 400m de l'appartement places toujours disponibles. L'été l'appartement est frais et aéré.
