Mountain Momma Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. Less than 1 mile from I64, the house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. We paid homage to its original design by renovating it to an updated Modern Farmhouse style along with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms. Located in the Heart of Rio Grande, you are within minutes of the original Bob Evans Farm, University of Rio Grande, Rio Ridge, and the Merry Family Winery. This house is rented under McAllister Properties LLC.

Cozy Farm Cabin

Authentic log cabin set on an equestrian horse show complex with a few modern amenities. This cabin offers a cozy feel with a small kitchenette and living space. A bathroom addition added to the first floor with a stand up shower. Upstairs offers two double beds. The stairs are original and steep. Plenty of parking available. Pet friendly space. Most weekends we have events at the facility and trucks, trailers and horses will surround the cabin. Located apx 10 miles outside of town.

Welcome to our brand new river front cottage “Kanauga Landing”! This 2 bedroom cottage offers an excellent place to unplug and relax on the Ohio river here in Kanauga/ Gallopolis Ohio area. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway: The River Cabin has a large, covered porch overlooking Millcreek and exclusive access to a dock, fire-ring area, and deck with table, chairs and umbrella. It sleeps five (2 full size, 1 twin). Includes a fully stocked kitchen, a full bathroom, and linens. The dock sits right on Millcreek, and is a lovely place to relax and fish. Up to 2 pets allowed for a fee. Additional $5 daily charge the 5th guest.
