A large 3 bedroom house with spacious, bright rooms and a generous communal living area in Gaios, Paxos. The property has been renovated in 2023. There is a lovely outside seating area with a BBQ, an ideal property for families and groups of friends. The house is 5 minute walk from the centre of Gaios, which is the biggest town in Paxos. It is also just 5 minutes walk from the beach. **NEW** as of summer 2023 we have refitted the kitchen and added WiFi to the property.

The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. Outside we have a nice terrace with amazing views of the bay and a private jacuzzi. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Studio Gaia is situated in a serene location that is very close to the heart of the town of Gaios. The open plan living space has a cosy sitting room, dining area and a kitchen that although they share 16 m2, are well maintained and equipped.
