Kuća za odmor Melani nalazi se u mirnom dijelu Gacke doline u selu Sinac. Veliki privatni grijani bazen 9,5m x 4m. Grijani bazen je otvoren od 15. travnja do 01. listopada. Bazen ima i plitki dio za djecu. Finska sauna je besplatna za naše goste, a i igraonica je također besplatna. Dovoljno blizu svim znamenitostima, a dovoljno daleko za ugodni boravak i mir. Potpuno nova kuća udaljena svega 100m od mora s grijanim bazenom. Kuća je sagrađena 2022.g. te se nalazi u malom i mirnom mjestu Potočnica, na najljepšem dijelu otoka Paga. Iz kuće se pruža prekrasan pogled na kristalno čisto more. Susjedstvo je vrlo mirno i okruženo zelenilom. Kuća je uređena minimalistički i moderno sa svim potrebnim sadržajem za ugodan odmor.
