Close to other popular beaches such as Robe and Beachport. Southend is adjacent to the Canunda National Park for 4WD enthusiasts. Southend is perfect for fishing, sailing, swimming or just lazing on the beach. A surf beach is situated between Southend and Beachport. Southend has a small shop that is licensed and sells basic groceries. It has a takeaway fish and chip shop open weekends (6 days during summer).There is a local community club open weekends (open for meals in summer).Restaurants and other shopping is available in Beachport and Millicent, both a short drive away. We would like to stress this property is our own beach house. It is not resort standard accommodation. There isn't any air conditioning only fans and basic heating. Our pricing reflects this. It should be viewed as a comfortable base for exploring the area and other activities : fishing, boating, surfing and 4 wheel driving.

Sally's is located on the site of Historic Harbour Masters House, the only property in Beachport with absolute beach frontage. Sally's is perfect for a family or two couples and is well equipped for a short get-away or a long holiday. Reverse cycle airconditioning will keep you cool in Summer and warm in Winter while free wifi, Netflix, books, games and activities will keep you entertained when not swimming in the beautiful calm waters of Rivoli Bay. Adela Cottage is a centrally located character home right near the Rail Lands Precinct with its walking and bike tracks and a five minute walk to the Lakes Plaza (Kmart, Chemist, shopping), supermarket, cafes/restaurants and shopping in the Main Street. We are also a two minute walk to Wulanda Aquatic & Recreation Centre. And only a two minute drive to the beautiful Blue Lake. Adela Cottage has central heating to keep you warm and cosy in winter and ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer.

Hide-away in this character filled cottage, adorned with collectors’ items and nick-nacks from local and afar. ‘The Salthouse’ is located 150m from Robe’s many café’s, restaurants, boutique shops and pubs. You will not find a better location in Robe, just read our reviews!

The Shed Bed

The Shed Bed is situated in natural bush. It is peaceful and private. The Shed Bed is small but clean and tidy. As you turn off Haynes-Edwards Road, our track winds through native bushland. Keep going up the drive to the house, not going left to the sheds, the Shed Bed on the left of the house. We have a pup called Cobber. He is a great pup, but he can be boisterous. Let us know if you aren't keen on dogs and then we can tie him up.
