This newly built basement studio for one guest offers you a cozy and clean place to stay in a very quiet, safe and nice area of Rosewood, Saskatoon. There's a private side entrance to the studio and our place is close to parks and 3mins walk to the nearest bus stop. The studio has large windows, free & fast wifi, fridge, microwave, stove, free street parking and other great amenities. While a partner can visit (NOT TO SLEEP OVER), it is best suited for one guest, due to the size of the studio.

Cozy Basement Suite with Private Entrance

Welcome to Saskatoon! This basement suite offers you a cozy and clean place to stay. We are close to the Centre Mall, grocery stores, restaurants, and a transit hub. The private side entrance leads you directly to the basement suite. Please note that we only accept a single guest if you request 2+ nights during weekdays. There is an additional $10 fee for the second guest if your booking is for 2 people. No visitors are allowed on the premises. Our place is not suitable for children under 12.

The Underground Cabin - Legal and licensed

Welcome to your legally licensed and operated, cozy urban cabin. You will be staying in a 100+ yr old house that combines the warmth & charm of age with modern day conveniences. Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

This beautiful old home has been updated to keep with the old charm, with some unique architecture and antique heirloom furniture. One queen bedroom on the main floor makes it acessible for elderly guests. The 2nd bed is a comfortable double hide-a-bed in the livingroom. Kitchen is equipped with all utensils & spices to prepare a meal and your own dishwasher & washer/dryer. Fenced back yard for pets to run around in. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

This one bedroom legal suite is located in Meadows nestled in the community of rosewood in southeastern Saskatoon. Two minutes drive from the house, lies a town centre with Costco, boutiques, restaurants, amenities. Downtown Saskatoon is a mere 7 minutes away. Enjoy your privacy as you have a free parking in the driveway and access the suite through the right side of the entrance. Walkout basement suite hosted by Kevin and Wendy. This suite is minutes away from the downtown core, airport and 2 hospitals also steps away from beautiful Meewasin trail and the river. The suite offers king size bed along with a bedroom tv. There is a small kitchenette that includes a small fridge, induction hotplate, Nespresso machine and a microwave. There is very quiet private deck with a BBQ and fireplace.
