This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. Hi,we have a large,spacious,bright and airy bungalow which is all open plan and great for entertaining. There is also a conservatory which can be opened up into the garden which is south facing and views onto the Downs a short walk away. There is space for 2 cars in the drive and others right outside in the close. The kingsize room is ensuite with the double having its own bathroom across the hall. Easy access from the A27 and bus 5B into Brighton make this the perfect holiday home.

This is a split-level chalet bungalow. Although private, the accommodation is not self-contained and the short hallway is shared with the host. The host is committed to the Enhance Cleaning Process and Safety Requirements created by Airbnb. There is an extra charge for the use of the single room. Price quoted is for 1 or 2 people sharing the double room. Guests have private use of shower/toilet and of the open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area, Smart TV including WIFI.

We can pick up and drop of walkers for the southdowns way and cyclists can keep their cycles safe in patio area. You have your own barbecue for sunny days. We live in the house next to the annex and are generally available for any help or advice you may need

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow, nestled in Portslade village, overlooking the park. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples. Please note: we welcome all couples of every gender combination! But please let us know if there are two of you and you need an extra bed (there is a charge to cover our laundry costs). :-)
