Conveniently located in the Texas Hill Country in the town of Ingram, the Ingram Carriage House is 625 square feet of living space with a spacious porch. It is a single large room broken up into a sitting area with a queen size futon and two recliners, a walk in closet, a bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen and a private bathroom. Concan and the spring fed Frio River has been a favorite destination for many families since 1926. It is the perfect place to be in the Off-Season: - Weather is great and less congested than in the summertime. - In the Spring birders travel from all over the country to see rare birds. All guests have access to the spring fed Swimming Hole. "Floating the Frio" has not been good for several years because of the drought. Pray for rain. The land and rivers are thirsty.
