It shares the pool with the other Villas. By car, it is located 5 minutes away from the city centre, 5 minutes away from the beach of Agios Ioannis and 3 minutes away from the nearest Supermarkets and Gas Stations. Agios Nikitas and Kathisma beach, are 12 and 20 minutes away repsectively. It can host up to 5 people.

Panmare City House

The house is located in the historic city center, 100m from the central pedestrian road and the main square. It is located next to the church of "Panagia ton Xenon" and almost next to the Public Library.
