"Trout & About" Cabin located in Bemis, WV is the perfect place to unplug & enjoy the Appalachian Mountains located just 50 ft off the banks of the Shavers Fork River. Come enjoy fishing, swimming, hiking to Mule Hole & take a train ride to High Falls. Drive over the hill to Glady you will find the walking & bike trails of the West Fork Rail Trail. Come disconnect and unwind while taking in the beautiful WV mountains and fresh air. Please note there is NO cell service in the area.

The Loggers Cabin is just that, owned by a local Logger. Recently restored & Hand Crafted with timber right off this very property. This is a 150 AC farm & bird hunting preserve. Relax in the hot tub, hike, Bring your ATV’s/UTV’s - ride for miles down local backroads. Plenty of space to park your boat or trailer. We have an abundance of fishing, hunting, hiking, horse trails, four-wheeler trails or simply kick back and read a book.
