Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

Maybelle the Tiny Cabin on 100 acres

Maybelle is an 8x18 cabin with a full-size loft bed, a Cubic Mini Woodstove (wood provided), Natures Head Composting Toilet and Jetsetter massaging hot tub. Kayaks, paddle board, & canoe included . Hiking trails (some solar lit) surround your cabin. Outside is a fire pit and a quick path to the water. Maybelle's kitchen has all the cooking essentials and there's a small propane grill outside & the fire pit for cooking. Cell reception is okay in the cabin, wifi is from a Starlink booster!

It is located on a private road and close to Howard Pond, Androscoggin River, and Sunday River skiing. No matter the season, opportunities await, whether you decide to stay close or venture out. There are plenty of trails nearby to explore, canoe rentals, skiing and so much more.

The Appleton Retreat encompasses 120 acres hosting seven unique retreats. To the south is the Pettengill Stream, a resource protected area. To the north is the Nature Conservancy's 1,300 acre preserve and Newbert pond. Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

Winter or summer, the Little River Retreat will help you step away from the world - but still be minutes from Reid State Park, Five Islands Lobster, the Georgetown General Store, and the rugged beauty of Midcoast Maine. This is our family camp, with our own books, games, and “vibe”. It is not a hotel, and some things may not be “industry standard”. Kayak or canoe out to Turtle Cove and enjoy the wildlife in this natural waterway teeming with birds to include our resident Blue Heron, ducks, geese, and loons who make this place their home. We have the fortune of bald eagles in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Bailiwick Cottage is a cozy, private cottage that looks south down Freeport (Harraseeket) Harbor in Freeport, ME. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage. Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.
