Seabreeze - Breathtaking view of the sea & Ortigia

Seabreeze is on the water and you can swim right below the flat. A view of Ortigia, only 20 min by foot. The only noise you hear are the waves. Early birds will enjoy beautiful sunrises or relax after a day of sightseeing on the balcony sipping an aperitivo. Art and culture, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just a short distance by foot. You’ll love the place because of the views, the ambiance, the location, and the balcony. Filinona Suite, indipendente alle porte di Ortigia

La casa, una piccola abitazione nel cuore del quartiere Umbertino, ricco di ristoranti, servizi e locali, a pochi passi da Ortigia (circa 500mt), è comodamente raggiungibile in auto ( il parcheggio è libero su strada). Dal 1 giugno 2024 il Comune di Siracusa istituisce la tassa di soggiorno anche per gli affitti brevi, pertanto la tassa di soggiorno è pari a 4€ a notte(cioè 4% del costo del pernotto a notte) fino ad un massimo di 7 notti da pagare dopo avere effettuato il check-in ad Airbnb.

Appartamento di 130 mq al primo piano, adatto per gruppi e famiglie. Durante la recente ristrutturazione sono state mantenute le incredibili altezze dei soffitti e il calore della pietra chiara originale. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, è situato al terzo piano nei pressi della Porta Marina. La posizione è ottimale per chi volesse visitare le bellezze di questa terra, tra le quali Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede e percorrere lunghe passeggiate godendo dell'eccezionale vista sul mare della Marina. E' possibile inoltre raggiungere delle meravigliose zone balneari scegliendo tra una rilassante giornata in spiaggia o in uno dei numerosi solarium sul lungomare di Ortigia.

Amazing house by the seaside with two terraces

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts. Two large terraces with an amazing sea view to have dinner with friends or just to relax, in the same street as the entrance to the house, there is both a guarded car park that also issues a pass to be able to drive in all the ZTL areas of Ortigia, and a HERTZ car rental, certainly two very convenient and important addresses for tourists.
