Carriage house - open concept one bedroom suite upstairs and games room (unheated) downstairs. Quiet location at Hatzic Lake with Westminster Abbey and mountain views. Parking for max 3 vehicles permitted. Fully equipped kitchen! Fast wifi, 55" Smart TV, books, games, go for a walk, relax in the antique clawfoot tub. BBQ and fire pit. Build in 2022, the studio has a luxurious, architectural finish. Free parking is available directly above the studio on the driveway. From the studio you can walk down to our private beach access and dock. We also have an outdoor shower available to rinse off after a swim or paddle. You're welcome to use our kayaks and life vests.
