Our architecturally designed little home by award winning architect, Anna-Marie Chin is nestled against beautiful exposed schist rock in a stunning landscape. There are 3 acres of land to roam on and the views from the land are stunning! The lounge has north facing high angled windows allowing all day sun and provides stunning views of the hills beyond and the gorgeous Central Otago landscape. From the west sliding doors and the built in window seat you have stunning views of the Remarkables. The Queenstown trail is right outside your door so it is a fabulous location for walking and biking. Come and stay and see for yourself!

Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. NB there is currently construction underway across the road 7am-6pm. No onsite parking.

Central Frankton location overlooking the lake - 1.2km minute walk (or 3 minute drive) to the airport and 200m walk to the lake. This ground-level flat is compact and quaint and has all the conveniences required for a great holiday. Good WiFi, warm, quality linens and beds, Dish-drawer, Washing machine/Dryer, Nespresso pod coffee machine. BBQ deck. Lake and mountain views. Some pantry basics - this is not a 'serviced apartment', but coffee pods, oil, spices etc for the first few days.

We call our house The Billiards Room because it was designed and built around a full-sized billiards table. This was a labour of love by a retired builder who used recycled materials to create a home with real character and charm. Modernised with style, it's a wonderful holiday home, summer and winter, still owned by the family of the builder. Even somewhere as beautiful as Queenstown, guests often prefer just to stay in. Serious.
