The Postmaster's Perch is located on 4th Ave S in Downtown Franklin's historic district. Just a short and pleasant 2 block walk to some great downtown Main Street dining, shopping and entertainment. Situated next to its main house which was built in 1875 by Franklin’s first post Civil War postmaster C.S. Moss. Less than two blocks from Main Street. The Perch is a detached, carriage house and is set up exclusively for guest use.
