Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! Artist Hideaway at Ryder Hollow

The rustic barn has open floor plans upstairs and down; odorless, waterless composting toilet; separate shower room; patio w/ fire-pit, and wood-fired stove. Upstairs, the communal sleeping space has queen and twin beds suitable for a family or CLOSE friends. 7 minutes from downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, yet no dishwasher. Private trail leads to a secluded, woodland lean-to and crosses onto state land. The trail continues informally and summits Little Seymour with great views. Permit #200059

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cottage

Our fully equipped seasonal cottage is on the Salmon river 15 minutes north of Malone and close to the Canadian border. We can provide info on visiting Montreal as well as the Wilder Homestead, fishing and hiking trails. We have an appetizer or home made soup waiting for guests on their arrival. We have bees and are pleased to show how we are nurturing our hive. Our gardens are beautiful and guests are welcome on both properties. As Super Hosts we do our best to make your stay memorable🌻

Nestled in a quiet, wooded setting with easy access to hiking trails, paddling, and local shops, it’s the perfect retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families seeking a peaceful getaway.

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Get away from it all when you stay in this scenic, small cabin that features a king size bed, cozy fireplace, kitchenette with fridge and 2-burner propane cooktop only 5 miles north of Malone easily accessible off Rt. 30. Only 10 minutes to the Trout River border crossing to Canada. 20 minutes south gets you to a prestigious 36-hole PGA golf course. Just a few minutes more and you can ski at Titus Mountain. Hosts live on property and invite you enjoy the sounds of the Trout River.

The Farm House has been completely renovated. It's construciton is simple, clean, private and contains all the ammenities for both short and long-term stays. This is an ideal place to stay if you're looking for a private home away from home to eat, drink and socialize, take walks and hikes without running into people, get away from town life and busy tourist hubs, and for those looking to explore just about anywhere in the central Adirondacks, by car, in short time.

Hibernation Station

Relax and recharge in our beautiful cabin nestled in the Adirondack Mountains in a small RV park . Studio style space with a private bathroom. A queen size bed and 2 cots are available. There is a small kitchen space with a sink, microwave, pod coffee maker and mini fridge. Bathroom includes a stand up shower, toilet and sink. Guests can enjoy the outside space which is equipped with a picnic table and fire pit. Amazing view of Chateaugay Lake and night time skies.
