Accommodation consists of an open plan living room kitchen area at the front of the apartment with sofa, tv, dining table and chairs, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed and to the bathroom with bath with overhead electric shower.

The bedroom and lounge overlook woodland which is home to cattle, deer, pine Marten, various wildlife and birds, including cuckoo, woodpecker and jay.
