Sunset Ranch, acre lot facing open high desert

Sunset Ranch is an acre lot at the far southeast corner of Marathon, TX that backs up to the ranch land facing south that provides unobstructed views of sunrises and sunsets from the 700 sf covered porch. Marathon is a quaint west Texas town with a public park, gardens, restaurants and shopping. It also has a level 1 night sky rating for star gazing. Located 40 minutes from Big Bend National Park entrance, this is a launch point to explore the national park and other parks and communities.

Earth House Marfa

Earth House is a private adobe home located within walking distance from all of the restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries in Marfa, TX. This is a lovingly curated space for passionate travelers, lovers of design, desert sun chasers, star gazers, and folks looking for the relaxation of a slow West Texas pace. This 1920s traditional structure has been extensively refurbished, every detail has been considered. Small/Medium dogs ok (max 40 lbs). $35 per dog per stay non-refundable.

The Ranchito: Beautiful Views Close to Town.

Just past Alpine city limits, quiet and with great views close to town. This is an Adobe house built in the 1950’s with natural earthen floors made of clay brick. The back yard backs up to an undeveloped ranch, providing privacy and open spaces- with plenty of deer, fox, javelina, and bird of prey passing through. The Milky Way can be observed from this location. The Ranchito is a quick 25 minute drive from Marfa. Alpine is a great spot to access all points of the Big Bend.

The Canyon Casita

The Canyon Casita is located 10 miles northwest of downtown Alpine. The Casita offers a quiet and comfortable space to enjoy all that the high desert has to offer - immersive mountain views, dark skies, brilliant sunrises and sunsets, wildlife and the gentle sounds of nature. Birders welcome! We keep the feeders and water filled year round and enjoy a variety of native and migratory visitors. The Canyon Casita is centrally located to the vast offerings of the Trans-Pecos region.

Art-Filled Marfa Adobe

Located at the western edge of Marfa, this cozy, unique adobe offers a true Marfa experience, and the best isolation and comfort for you. The house is air conditioned and heated, has wifi and a smart TV. There is one bedroom downstairs with a comfy queen sized bed and one loft bedroom upstairs with a queen sized bed and fun views. The Juniper Moon House is a one bedroom, one bath adobe casita, nestled amidst Juniper trees and prickly pear cacti. Located on the southwest end of town, it offers quieter surroundings while still being in close proximity to Marfa favorites.
