My place is at Royal Atlantic Beach Resort North. The beach is across the street and can be seen from my front door. The Suite is within walking distance to town with great restaurants, live music and dancing, mini-golf, paddle boarding and sailing. You can walk the cliffs at Shadmoore State Park where you’ll see the famous hoodoos. It’s good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families. No pets allowed. No smoking. Cable TV has 100 channels.

This private, two-cottage property contains a few of the last remaining original fisherman cottages at Hither Hills built in the 1940s. Set on a lush, private knoll - South of the Highway - Sea Roost boasts mature landscaping and is located steps to Montauk's quiet and secluded Hither Hills Beach. The cottage is private with a private deck on shared grounds with a fire pit, hammocks, paddle boards, kayak, and lake access. The grounds are expertly landscaped and take full advantage of fort pond views. We do live on the property full time and enjoy making our space a safe and clean environment.
