There is dock access in back of property for fishing or just sitting to watch sunset. You can also arrive by boat :-) Very cozy to say the least. Very private separate entry from main house on property. Boat available for rental or day charter with boat captain inquire direct. Pool use available but is a common area .

Entire cozy house just for you friends and family. Perfect to spend a pleasant and relaxed moment. If you plan to have a party or event, this place is NOT for you. The neighbors are very strict in terms of noise and large groups of people. Well maintained house. CLEAN POOL BUT NOT HEATED. The area is a fantastic place for fishing, boating and nature lovers. The house has a private boat dock with one lift. Boat owners/renters can bring boat and keep at our dock during the stay. The boat dock is free.
