Fun on white sand beaches, fishing, boating, fresh seafood, fun local restaurants and bars....biking, historic fort, estuarium and bird sanctuary walking trails....take the ferry to Fort Morgan if you are feeling adventurous....The Island is 6 miles long so bike or golf cart ride to everywhere you want to go....I call Dauphin Island "the Happiest Place in Alabama"

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

My one bedroom and one and a half bath bungalow is located in Bay to Breakers which is a private street that offers beach access to the Gulf, community pool area and a long fishing pier on Mobile Bay. My unit features an upstairs bedroom with balcony with great views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well equipped with counter eating area, WiFi, cable TV in living area and bedroom and washer/dryer. There is a gas grill with outdoor seating. Beach Chairs & Umbrellas for guests use.

“Got it Good” is a one-story 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico in peaceful Surfside Shores. “Got it Good” is located just 14 miles down Fort Morgan Road from Highway 59 in Gulf Shores, Alabama. ** During Peak Season (May 15-August 15) we have a 7 night Minimum with the standard Saturday to Saturday stay - We ONLY accept Saturday to Saturday Bookings During this time!!**
