We know you'll enjoy your stay just as much as we do :) You're gonna love the location, private yard/pool, hot tub, pool table... the list goes on! For getting around Fountain Hills... there isn't a lot of public transportation... but because it's a small community, everything is in walking distance... With the closest Safeway just a quick 3 minute walk.. We actually walk down to the fountain and back every morning when we are there and it only takes about 20 mins to get there :) Guests will have access to the entire house except the garage and 1 closet in the house that we keep locked as it has our personal property. There is also enough parking for 4 cars on the driveway We live in Canada and likely won't be in town.. However, we are always just a phone call or email away :) The house enjoys a quiet cul-de-sac location, with local shops only a few steps away. The famous Fountain itself is within walking distance and the area is a great base for the hiking and bike trails of the nearby McDowell Mountain Regional Park. You can pretty much walk everywhere... The "Fountain" or the "Heart of the Fountain Hills" is only a 20 minute walk There are instructions left on kitchen table respecting operation of Spa, Pool and TV - also with WiFi access info ...outdoor camera facing the pool heater at side of hse as original was "taken" before installed, Ring Doorbell at front door...

The Hill's Bungalow, a wonderfully charming casita with a separate private entrance and parking. Walk out in the morning, watch the sunrise and sit on the private back porch for sunset. Custom finishing's and large windows opens to a gourmet kitchen/ large common room, a half bath, 50" TV and high speed wifi. A sleep number king bed with a lavish full bath, makes relaxing easy. Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

Quiet & secure spacious 2 bd/rm

Very quiet neighborhood located within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings (except the antique brass bed in the 2nd bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments as well, plus a keurig machine and coffee pods. Unique that we have mango trees, guava trees, and a papaya tree plus a lemon tree. When in season, feel free to pick your fresh fruit! Mangos-August, Guavas-August, September, and March, Lemons December-February, and papaya in June.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.
