A large garden to wander around. 3 spacious bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), the main bedroom has an ensuite and a fireplace. All beds are queen size and have an electric blanket. Each bedroom has an elec. oil heater if required. A good selection of dvd’s and board games to keep everyone entertained.

We are on 40 acres, with Sheep and an Alpaca, called Monty grazing close by. Wildlife and birds are also our neighbours with Koalas often lounging in the trees nearby. A place to recuperate, rest and rejuvenate amongst peace and beauty.

Kero Cottage built in 1872, one of the original Mill Cottages of Lorne. The rejuvenation of Kero has taken a year and has bought much joy and love to the space while maintaining its original character and charm. Fern Cottage - Cozy Cottage

This cozy cottage ticks all the boxes in terms of location, comfort and atmosphere - for the ultimate weekend escape in the Otways. The Cottage has it's very own Tesla Charger installed which can be used for all guests in their E-vehicles. In keeping with the energy efficient theme, the Cottage also has solar panels on the roof connected to a Tesla battery pack, it is also connected to main power just in case!
