Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a shower room with sink and compost toilet, and a log burning stove. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck. We are on the edge of the village of Bream and you can access the forest from the lane opposite, straight down a path and you're into the woods. It's a great spot for walking and mountain biking. We live in the cottage next door and share the off road parking.

The Potting Shed is a contemporary wooden garden studio nestled at the bottom of my 100 metre garden, located next to a natural woodland area. It is accessed via a key safe and has its own private garden to the rear, which is a haven for natural wildlife including many birds and animals. The garden has a fire pit which guests are welcome to use. Marshmallows provided on request!
