Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. With breathtaking views through the tress and across the valley you are completely private having no other accommodation on the site making this a truly unique and special experience. This is a working smallholding farm, so we must accept no pets to the cottage. No smoking.

Traditional Cottage in the heart of Waddington. Waddington is a small village, 2 miles of Clitheroe in the Ribble Valley. Within the village there are three popular pubs, the Lower Buck Inn, the Higher Buck and the Waddington Arms also a beautiful church all within 2mins walking distance from the cottage. Well behaved dogs are welcome. dogs cannot be left unaccompanied in the cottage and not allowed on furniture. All guests will be left a welcome pack with bread,milk, tea, coffee + butter.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
