The studio apartment is suitable for 4 people (2 for longer rental), with a double bed, sofa (bed), fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher, wardrobe, tv, AC, WiFi, washing machine and a large balcony w/mosquito net and motorized blinds.

A Balaton partjától- a platánfás szabadstrandtól 300 méterre található az apartmanunk. Biztosítunk vendégeink számára zárt, -kamerával őrzött parkolót, ingyenes wifi-t, kerékpárokat, napozóágyakat, strandjátékokat (tollas-labda, vizi-játékok), és van grillezési lehetőség. Ingyenes transzfer a balatonboglári állomásról, érkezéskor és távozáskor. Boltok, éttermek 1 km-en belül.A lakàs egy főút mellett található ezért előfordulhat hogy a forgalomból szàrmazó zajok nyitott ablaknàl zavaró lehet.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!

There are fridge, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, heating, hairdresser, iron, closed parking place, blowing machine, garden furnitures, barbecue facility . coffee ,tea, jams -naturist beach 500m from the house -there is a free beach nearby the house,very simple, but 2 minutes on foot :)
