Backhaus Efringen-Kirchen

Die im Jahr 2023 renovierte Ferienwohnung war früher ein altes Backhaus und befindet sich auf einem Gehöft aus dem 16. Jahrhundert im Kernort von Efringen-Kirchen. Diesem wurde nach jahrzehntelanger Verwahrlosung in den letzten Jahren in liebevoller Detailarbeit Stück für Stück wieder ein neuer Glanz verliehen. Wir möchten Urlaubern, Geschäftsreisenden und Durchreisenden, die einen letzten Halt vor oder nach der Schweizer Grenze suchen, einen unkomplizierten und angenehmen Aufenthalt bieten.

Wohnung bei der Messe Basel

Die gemütliche Wohnung mit Doppelbett, Sofa und Schreibtisch liegt mitten im Messegebiet in einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Von hier aus sind es nur fünf Gehminuten bis zur Messe Basel, zum Musical Theater, oder zum Badischen Bahnhof. Die Buslinie 30 in die Innenstadt hält gleich um die Ecke. Unseren Gästen stehen zusätzlich ein Apple Computer, ein grosses TV-Gerät mit Netflix, eine Playstation 4 und superschnelles WiFi zur Verfügung. Keine Küche, kein Balkon und kein Wasserkocher vorhanden.

Nice and calm apartment!

Recently built guesthouse on the property of an old mill. We (two families) live in the main building. Both apartments have a seperate entrance and a terrace showing to the little creek which gives it a romantic touch. The place is 10 km from Basel which can be reached by bus or train in about 30 minutes. In the village nearby you´ll find a supermarket and other stores. Good starting point to explore the Black Forrest. The mixture of nature and civilisation makes it a special place!

Pfaffenberg ist ein kleines Dorf auf 700 ü.M. oberhalb des Wiesentals mit Nähe zur Schweiz und Frankreich. Unser Schwarzwaldhaus mit Südlage bietet bis zu fünf Gästen einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt. Das Dreiländereck ermöglicht eine Vielzahl an kulturellen und sportlichen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Ich bin selbst bereits viel gereist, spreche gut Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch, Spanisch und etwas Italienisch und freue mich immer sehr über Gäste aus nah und fern.

cozy Loft in the heart of Basel

The small loft is in the rear house, on the first floor of my former photo studio. It's super SIMPLE, COZY and CLEAN. Everything is in one room and it has a DOUBLE SIZE bed. There's a walk in shower in the flat and a small toilet. The loft is rather unconventional and for young and "uncomplicated" people. I've "built" this loft during the Corona times by myself for visiting friends and family. It‘s not perfect but everyone loved it so far.

The studio is located directly at the Spalentor to the city center. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. Also in walking distance you can reach the stop of the airport bus and the direct bus to the train station SBB (3 stops). For car drivers we can provide a garage box 10 francs (night) The cozy, quiet and high quality guest studio (40m2) is located in the basement of a newly built apartment house.

Die Stadt Basel ist in ca 30 min mit dem Tram zu erreichen. Wenn beide Schlafzimmer benützt werden, bitte 3 Personen angeben.(Einzelbelegung).

Studio 2: für 1-4 Personen, Nähe St. Jakobpark

Dies ist das kleinere von 2 Apartments, die auch gemeinsam gebucht werden können. Beide Apartments können zu einer grossen Wohnung für bis zu 10 Personen verbunden werden. 1 1/2 Zimmer-Appartement in Einfamilienhaus in ruhigem Familienquartier in zentraler Lage mit Gartenmitbenutzung und separatem Eingang.
