Guests of Devine View have access to the entire apartment on an exclusive basis, there is a communal stair way serving the middle apartment and Devine View apartment. When possible we like to greet our guests and give a brief introduction to the apartment, we live within a short walk so are generally available should guests need assistance or advice. Devine View sits on the popular East Cliff over looking Folkestone Harbour Arm. A five-minute walk reaches the harbour area, or beautiful cliff top walks are on the doorstep. A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The harbour/seafront is only five minutes downhill walk or via steps. Red Arrows display and much more this coming Sunday 30th June. Watch them from the balcony! There is free unrestricted car parking opposite the apartment. The apartment has WiFi connected.

This charming bijou annexe offers a cosy, quirky seaside stay in Creative Folkestone Music Town. With its own private entrance, the self-contained space includes a lower small double bed and a fun upper cabin-style double bed, ideal for children. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, WC and basin, with fresh towels and toiletries. Relax in the sun room and enjoy sea views of the English Channel — on clear days you can even see France. Free off-street parking is available on our private driveway.

The Lodge-Modern House/Garden/Hot Tub/Beach nearby

The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

The Seagull’s Rest in The Creative Quarter

This special place is between the oldest part of Folkestone called The Bayle and The Creative Quarter on The Old High Street. Also it is a five minute walk to the Harbour Arm and the beach. The apartment is on the second floor of a grade 2 listed building which until 1973 was a butchers run and owned by the Taylor family. Grand bubble sleeps 4 people who can enjoy the ultimate view of nature. You can fall asleep with the stars and wake up to the rising sun. This bubble has the wow factor and includes your own hot tub, BBQ, a shower, a flushing toilet, outdoor chess set and a golf buggy. The bubble is very secluded set at a bottom of a 12 acre field off a woodland. Out side of the bubble is a very large outdoor gazebo with comfy seating and a large gas bbq so even if it rains you can still bbq comfortably.

Beach house in Dungeness

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.
