The Oasis, built in 1957 and has been lovingly restored with modern finishes, including everything you will need for your stay. Our 420sqft 1 bedroom tiny home can host up to 3 guests, includes 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 queen air mattress. The interior of the home features a fully stocked kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom. Located in the heart of Historic Melbourne Beach, you are steps away from the Ocean, Indian River Lagoon, shops, restaurants and an easy drive to the attractions of Orlando and all the adventure the Space Coast has to offer. A Bamboo grove beckons you beyond the secure private gate. Enjoy your own peaceful patio after a day of play at the beautiful beach, to relax and lounge, or to dine alfresco. Serene quiet clean bedroom, equipped kitchenette, queen sleeper sofa, and private bathroom.

1 bedroom 2nd story garage apartment overlooking Atlantic Ocean. Two guests only. Private beach access on property with private parking. Property is quiet with hosts living in separate building. Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.

The Riverside Bungalow bungalow is located on 2 acres of historic land. Built in 1900 & originally known as the Kentucky Military Institute the buildings are over 124 years old. The property overlooks the Eau Gallie River, perfect for kayaking, fishing, & boating adventures. We are 3 miles from the beach and 2 miles from the Melbourne Airport. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway this is the place for you. You can watch the local wildlife all day and enjoy the serenity.

We're also close to Florida Tech and Holmes Regional Medical Center. Solar panels now provide energy for the apartment.

Our little neighborhood is a hidden gem full of ancient oak trees dripping with Spanish Moss and Southern charm. Take a stroll down to the marina or Rosetter or Houston park and read about the historic homes along the way. Or skip the gym for a 3-mile walk instead, over the Eau Gallie bridge to Canova Beach.
