Stylish spot in the heart of Cluj-Napoca city. The apartment is located in the new apartment complex at VivaCity Residence . Fully-equipped, it has brand new kitchen appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV and Wifi. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with of course, a velvet sofa. For each accommodation I provide bed linen, towels, tea, expresso coffee. The apartment also has a large furnished terrace. There is also the possibility of using the underground parking place.

Bună ziua! Oferim spre închiriere un apartament amenajat,utilat cu tot ce aveți nevoie ca să vă simțiți ca acasă! Este situat într-o zonă extrem de liniștită, lângă pădure, la etajul 4. Aproape de mijloace de transport, supermarket la 1 minut, mall la 10 minute,autostradă la 10 minute,cafenea restaurante la 3 minute! Oferim și transport de la gară sau aeroport dacă este necesar! Apartamentul este compus astfel: Living 2 dormitoare Baie Bucătărie Terasă de 11 mp Dispune si de un loc de parcare.

It has a large living room with a sofa bed, dining area and open kitchenette, and a bedroom with a large double bed and en suite bathroom with a bathtub. The view is towards a beautiful garden, so it is always very quiet, despite its super central location. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces.
