It is very small, but fully equipped with modern facilities with character features.

The barn was converted in 2016 to a luxury holiday let, decorated with modern and traditional touches. The barn is spacious and comfortable, with its own patio and shared use of the garden. The barn is next to our family home. We welcome families, business guests, walkers, couples and furry friends. Our wonderfully unique tiny home ‘Little Oak’ situated within an acre of woodland and on the edge of the Heswall Dales nature reserve, it really is a special place and the perfect place to explore our beautiful area with incredible walks on our doorstep. Welcome to our charming shepherd’s hut, nestled away in a private woodland. The hut is equipped with a comfortable double-bed with space for a child’s bed if required. Shower and Flush toilet are within an upcycled boat wheelhouse 30meters away. The Studio at Golly Farm Cottages

The Studio is a great comfortable bolt hole, perfect for a couple or small family or the business traveller. There is a king size bed in the living room and an additional put up bed or travel cot can be added for an extra guest. Separate kitchen and shower room with a large shower, loo and small basin. There is one step down to the kitchen and shower room - the floor is wooden and the living area is carpeted.
