Walk Downtown-Cozy House

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

To top it off, Grand Canyon is just 70 miles up the road!. If you want to be close to town and yet steps from the national forest, don’t miss this gem. Owners' house is on-site.
