Mountain Cottage - indoor hot tub

The Cottage is located in the bottom of fjord Ólafsfjörður, in the mountains. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a private geothermal hot tub in a garden-in-house area, that can be opened up to the terrace. The cottage is well equipped (fully equipped kitchen & washing machine) has WIFI for guests to use, and quality mattresses made up with comfortable linen, soft towels and warm blankets. The area is extremely peaceful. In the backyard is a heated football court and a playground for kids.

Family paradise in the country

A beautiful house in the countryside located just 2km outside of the small town of Ólafsfjörður. Ideal for families to relax and enjoy the nature. In the summertime there is access to a lake and a lot of beautiful walking trails and hikes in the surrounding mountains. In the wintertime this is an absolute paradise for skiing and all kinds of winter sports and activities. On the property is a small forest, a lot of birdlife and it feels like you are million miles away from the nearest town.

Private Cabin - Romantic and Cozy - Hot Tub

Our Cabins come with made up beds, private WC, warm and nice outdoor shower and a hot tub (needs to be booked in advance). They are well furnished with blackout curtains, luxury in bed and linens. Small, but fully equipped kitchen and a small porch. Enjoy the afternoon sitting on the terrace gazing at the spectacular mountains and the midnight sun during summertime. For winter visitors this is the ideal location for winter sports, family vacations and to watch the northern lights.

The Bookseller's House

The Bookseller's House was built in 1912 and has two floors and a basement – with a brand new private geothermal hot tub in the back yard. The house is conveniently located in the heart of town, close to restaurants, shops, cafés, museums and swimming pool. Four bedrooms, three toilets, bathroom with a tub and a shower and also a shower and washing room in the basement (washing machine). A well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, living room, TV, WiFi. Garden furniture and charcoal grill.

Cottage in a beautiful valley

This nice cottage is situated in the middle of a beautiful valley, with no neighbors disturbing you. You have a sea view to the north. A stream with waterfalls and rapids down through the valley. The hut is also a good base for skitouring and moutain hiking (many trails in the area) and horse riding. We offer horse riding for additonal fee. We can ride a calm tour with beginners or a bit faster with more experienced riders. Horse riding is mostly available from May till September.

Ósgarður, cosy apartment in beautiful fjord.

The apartment is on lower floor. Short to the grocery store, cafe Klara , Höllin restaurant, and the beautiful water inside the town, the harbor is right by, good hiking trails, golf course, swimming pool and the beautiful mountains, great winter ski area. It is possible to rent jet skis with guidance to see mountains from the see with Farytale at see,in Ólafsfjörður. Short for whale watching in Dalvík or Hauganes. 4 beds 90x200 .

Skóarahúsið

Lítið fallegt og fullbúið hús með öllum þægindum. Okkar auka heimili á besta stað á Siglufirði. Vel uppgert og nostrað við hvern hlut. Húsið er á þrem hæðum, tvö herbergi í risi, á miðhæð er stofa, eldhús og wc með sturtu, í kjallara eru tvö svefnherbergi, wc með sturtu, þvottahús og skíða/útifata geymsla. Húsið hefur viðurnefnið Skógarahúsið. Húsið hentar vel 6-8 manns ef tveir sofa saman í tvíbreiðu rúmunum

The oldest, cutest and smallest house in town..

Sæbali, the oldest house in Olafsfjördur, was built in 1895. Olafsfjördur is a calm and remote fishing village in the north of Iceland. The little house was fully and carefully renovated in 2019, preserving the old characteristics and charms of typical icelandic houses. This place will make your stay up north very special and you will feel home the moment you enter the door.

Nice apartment with a view over the fjord and the village. Two bedrooms (one kingsize bed + baby cot and one single bed) and a comfy sofa bed in the livingroom. Veranda with coal bbq. Please do the washing up in the kitchen and throw out the trash. Other cleaning services, bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
