We are a few short minutes from the Gilbertsville Farmhouse, Far View Farms, and also conveniently located to Cooperstown All Star Village (17 miles) and Cooperstown Dreams Park (37 miles). Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away where you can fish or launch a kayak. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

There are 7 acres with river views and access . River is a couple hundred yards from cottage, lots of lawn, hammock, kayaking, lawn games, board games, hiking, fire pits, lots to do or just relax.

There is an abundance of hiking, fishing, skiing, farmer’s markets, picturesque towns and excellent food nearby. Andes Cottage is 7 minute drive to Andes town, 36 mins to Plattekill and 25 mins to Belleayre ski mountains for the winter, and lakes in the summer.
