The studio comes equipped with a kitchenette suitable for breakfast making with a toaster, electric jug, microwave and fridge. The studio features a fully tiled minimalistic ensuite. A comfy Queen bed along with a dining table and comfy tub chairs are in the Studio. The studio is attached to our family home and is situated on the ground floor with a separate private guest entry to the studio.

The studio has a unique grass roof and large sunny deck with a hot tub. The studio is set in a park-like setting with mature trees. The comfortable queen sized bed has an electric blanket and quality linen. This studio is recently completed with quality furniture and is only a 5 minutes walk from the edge of Lake Wanaka.

Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.
