Ivy Cottage

The cottage is lovely and spacious and is attached to our house which has an acre of established garden with plenty of space for children. There is an open fire for lovely cosy evenings in and the logs are all supplied. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk into Bridlington town centre. It is a tranquil setting with no traffic noise and can be rented as a one bedroom house or as a double and a twin. The price quoted for 2 adults will be for the use of the main bedroom only.

The living area has a 40" Freeview TV, plus extras, with DVD player and free WiFi. The modern, fully-fitted dining kitchen has a microwave, integral appliances including dishwasher, fridge/freezer.

"Smiley Filey" is a wonderful 3 Bedroomed house, ideally located for Filey beach, the cliff tops, or the town centre. All a 5 to 10 minute stroll. Every room is a little bit different with plenty to explore and newly renovated. A garage means plenty of space for road bikes, golf clubs or buggies - always very useful. Spacious 3 bedroom cottage available as a whole separate property. Off road parking, small garden. Ideal for families with main bedroom with super king bed, another room with 2 single beds sharing family bathroom, walk in shower. Downstairs is a double room with adjacent shower room. Situated in the village just off the road overlooking our family farm. Dogs are welcome - just let us know. Opportunity to visit the horses by arrangement including mares & foals in the summer.

A short walk away is our private lake, where you might catch site of a resting deer or hare!
