This unique place has a style all its own. It pops up from the hill and sits on top of Elie and Earlsferry. It provides incredible views and is an amazing get-away-from-it-all pad, yet within an easy walk of all that Elie provides. This is the ideal spot to have a romantic break for 2. It would be easy to sit and watch life go by, read a book, or have an outdoor bath. The House on the Hill offers space, yet is incredibly cosy with a stunning wood burning stove. Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has great food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. The Stag is a lovely bistro (our fav). Fine dining at the Boar's Head in Auchtermuchty.

Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. We have lovingly converted a 200 year old cart shed into 2 cottages. Braeview Cottage at Braeside Farm is a spacious studio space with a king size bed on the mezzanine floor. Downstairs next to a modern kitchen you have an open area with large french doors to a patio with a great view across the brae. On a farm set in 13 acres and 500 m from the nearest road, you will savour the tranquillity yet it's a 10 to 15 min drive to St Andrews and an hour from Edinburgh Airport. A car is required.

Log Cabin in Auchtertool.

The Log Cabin is situated in 3 acres of garden, shared only with our own house. Guests are welcome to make use of the garden. The Cabin sleeps five people and we have a travel cot if required. There is one large bedroom with two kingsize and one single beds. The Cabin does not have TV or wifi, however it does have an excellent 4G signal. We welcome well behaved pets, up to a maximum of two small dogs or one large dog, even a cat. We ask guests who bring pets to vacuum before they leave.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
