Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. Beech Cottage at Southlands Farm is a lovely self contained property set in 11 acres, on the edge of the Blackdown Hills. Situated adjacent to our farmhouse, across a pretty shared courtyard, the cottage is warm and comfortable. The bedrooms have views of the orchard and tennis court, which you are welcome to use, along with the table tennis in the courtyard. Southlands Farm is in a perfect spot: a rural location renowned for its outstanding natural beauty but close to charming seaside towns.

Ramblers Rest Perfect for walkers and those wanting to explore the beauty of the Quantocks and surrounding areas. Our spacious upstairs apartment boasts spectacular views over the Quantock hills - where you can often glimpse the local red deer - as well as views over the Exmoor and Brendon hills. The apartment is well equipped with a large kitchen, sitting room and two bedrooms. Bicknoller is a peaceful village that features a friendly pub serving delicious meals. It has a small village shop.

A cosy country retreat, on the edge of the beautiful village of Over Stowey, with stunning views over the Quantock Hills - the perfect location for those looking to enjoy the great outdoors whether in the hills or by the sea, or maybe you’re just looking for a quiet peaceful spot to relax and unwind. The Milking Parlour has been lovingly converted to the highest standards from the old stone dairy barn in 2021/22. We aim to provide a unique and comfortable place for our guests to enjoy.

The Coach house is recently renovated to a very high standard. It consists of a living room with plenty of seating, wood burner, free supply of logs, under floor heating, a dining room that opens into our extensive gardens, a bathroom with shower, separate bath and plenty of fluffy towels and a large upstairs bedroom with seating area with views over the River Otter and garden. It is ideal for a couple/ young family as there is a cot and single bed, available in the bedroom area.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

The Roost

The Roost is a unique 1 bed property nestled within the Quantock Hills (AONB). Its tranquil secluded setting has far reaching and panoramic views over the Brendon Hills and Exmoor. A stones throw away from the Roost are extensive bridal and footpaths onto the Quantock Hills, where you can enjoy a number of activities all surrounded by an abundance of wildlife and picturesque views. Cassia is a bespoke Shepherds Hut, constructed August 2021. Situated on Stockland marshes perfect for walking and bird watching , a quiet retreat to get away from it all. The coast is five minutes drive away. This area boasts one of the UK’s largest new wetland reserves, providing habitat for a mix of wetland wildlife, including otters, wildfowl, owls and waders, migrating birds are an attraction and varied wildlife including dear can often be spotted.
