This historic older home has been completely renovated in Spring 2023 to have a comfortable stylish cottage vibe. Family friendly, safe quiet neighborhood, near a park and popular breakfast spot! Easy access to Rothrock State Forest. STRICT NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PARTY PROPERTY. We do not rent to guests under the age of 25 without prior 5 star reviews.

Property includes onsite free parking, laundry, full kitchen, and fire place. This property is completely non-smoking/vaping/e-cigarette inside, but has a designated spot outside. Pets do live in the host's residence but not the AirBnB and will be present during most stays.
