Orchard Cottage at Howlett Hall with hot tub

Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

The Fallows Rest has 2 large bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchen inc coffee machine. The lounge has a 50 inch tv with Netflix, DVD player & WiFi. Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe.
