Load up the boat or just pack sun screen and come see why I wouldn't live anywhere else! The cottage is two miles from Skydive Sebastian. There is something for everyone in Sebstian, FL - all walks of life are welcome!

Fellsmere Fishing Retreat, near headwaters

Great place to come trophy bass fish . (Ranked #1 best bass fishing lake ) than relax at your own fellsmere beach tiki / bbq area with your very own pond full of fish . Very country , with plenty of space to park as many boat trailers , rvs as you’d like . Battery charging station to charge boat batteries . . Additionally the master bedroom/ bath can be used , and owner not there . Inquire about this additional space . note: i used to stay there and share the master bedroom. NOT NOW!

Chill out among the cypress trees at The Limpkin cottage. Located in Middleton's Fish Camp on a canal connecting to Blue Cypress Lake, it’s an ideal spot for fishing, kayaking, birding, or just hanging out. See ospreys, herons, limpkins (of course!) and many more species. Bring your boat. Put in at the Middleton's Fish Camp ramp and dock right at the cottage. Walking around the farm, you can meet our beloved animals like “Sweetheart”, the donkey and share some time with the horses, Daisy, Sundance and many more — who are our guests, too. This beautiful space is located on the second floor of our barn with private access.
