The only Fayetteville listing that is surrounded on 3 sides by the New River Gorge National Park, and the Arrowhead Bike Trails. The 70,000 acre backyard is ideal for mountain bikers, hikers, bird watchers, trail runners, rock climbers, kayakers, and anyone who enjoys peace and quiet. Park your car, ride single track trails from the house. Kayakers will be half way between the put in and take out for the New River. Secluded feeling, yet Fayetteville is only 3 miles away via trail or car.

Remote but accessible small cozy family home/cabin with 2-bedroom and 1 bath. 2 twin beds, 1 queen, and 1 pull out couch. Quiet and peaceful with woods surrounding area on 2 acres. House was built in the 1960's but some renovations have been done on the inside. Near route 60 off of old route 41. Located 5 miles from Babcock state park, 15 miles from New River Gorge Bridge, and 2 miles from Clifftop. This is a weekend getaway for our family, we do not live on the premises.
