Located right in the downtown center of Faro a few meters away from the marina and on an adjacent alleyway to the main street. At the end of the boulevard there is a lovely restored palace and the old town sits just behind it. Honestly, the location couldn't get any better. It's in the middle of the city and you can open the huge windows which confers the house its luminous character; and hear the passerbys pass the vibes that Faro has or take a sunset break to hear the birds chirp on the patio.

Willkommen in unserem Studio in Montinhos da Luz an Portugals schöner Südküste. Wir haben diesen Ort mit viel Liebe in einen Raum für 2 umgebaut. Der gemütliche, private Garten lässt euch die portugiesische Sonne oder ein heißes Bad unter den Sternen genießen. Zwischen Burgau und Luz gelegen, erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß den malerischen Strand "Praia da Luz". Umgeben von fantastischen Stränden und großartigen Restaurants werdet ihr den perfekten Urlaub genießen.

When you will enter, you will find friendly and cozy place, set in completely refurbished old building but you will still feel the atmosphere to be in one of the typical fishermen's house in Olhão. The house is equipped with all the facilities what you will need to relax after a day on the beach or discovering Algarve coast: full equip kitchen, living area with smart tv, free wii-fii, double bed and bathroom with shower. Towels and linen are included. You can enjoy time on 30m2 roof terrace

Casa Rustica (has interior similarities with the chalets, mainly with its beautiful sloping wooden ceiling) is located in the heart of Olhão, located in one of the most typical neighborhoods of the city, it stands out from the others for its flowerbeds. A takeaway with typical and varied Portuguese food is 60 meters from the accommodation. Restaurants, bakeries, mini markets...( 100 mts) Markets, marina, ferry boat.. (1.5 km) Free parking at the door. Very quiet place great to relax.

A cama está localizada num mezanino pelo que é necessário subir escadas. O apartamento está muito bem equipado. Mesmo no centro da cidade mas numa zona tranquila este apartamento é ideal para quem gosta de se deslocar a pé para as coisas do dia-a-dia pois tem todos os serviços de que pode necessitar a curta distância.

1º Andar independente, casa antiga, situada no centro da cidade de Faro, zona calma, facilidade de estacionamento, perto de tudo, casa com iluminação natural, pequeno terraço nas traseiras, cozinha e casa de banho renovadas recentemente, bem equipada. A casa não é aconselhada para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ou mobilidade reduzida, não é acessível a cadeiras de rodas, pois a escadaria de acesso à mesma tem 23 degraus um pouco altos.
