All the comforts of home ...... with a private beach!Separate living area has satellite TV, books, cards, fully equipped kitchen, plus a lovely balcony with beautiful view for your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We have kayaks and a paddle board for your use from our private beach. Snorkeling just off shore. Hammock and a tree swing. We provide beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. You just add the beer!

Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind.
