Cottage Bimmisca - cipresso

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

Tancredi's home is located on the sand, 150 m from the sea, in front of the house only pine trees and dunes. It is very isolated.The property is 2300 square meters and extends to the sea. Access to the beach is direct and private. The bedsea is low for many meters and very hot. The house consists of a spacious kitchen/living room with a large dining table for 10, breakfast bar, and sitting area with two sofas and chairs, and open fireplace. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, a gas stove and oven, and fridge freezer, 3 air conditions and Wi-Fi. It has 2 simple bedrooms one double, one triple which are comfortable but functional so that each couple/person can have their own space.

Siamo a circa 10 km da Noto, a 450 mt di altitudine sulle colline Iblee, circondata da muri a secco e macchia mediterranea. Dalla veranda si gode un panorama unico e stupendo della punta estrema della Sicilia con a destra il Mediterraneo e a sinistra il Mar Ionio.
