Old Fashioned Stunner

Original, Kiwi, 50's family bach with its own direct access to Coopers Beach. Rumpty, but comfy, and sitting on a large private section with room for cars and a boat. The bach is very private and quiet. It has magnificent uninterrupted views across Doubtless Bay, and you can walk down to the beach via a private path through the trees in 2 minutes. The bach has a heat pump, heaters and lots of blankets so that it remains cosy at night. We think it's the perfect place for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful & Unique - The Chapel on the Olive Grove

As unique as you can get! This gorgeous 1870's wooden chapel has been lovingly transported and restored into bespoke holiday accommodation. The space is perfectly set up as a couples getaway. Located just 5 minutes drive from Russell, the Chapel at the Olive Grove is close enough to town to enjoy all there is to offer and it also has a Kitchenette and BBQ for those wishing to stay in for a quiet, romantic evening together. For your comfort there is a new airconditioner/heatpump installed.

Located in country close to Kerikeri, in park-like gardens within a small cattle & sheep farm. Cottage set up for 2 people but can accommodate 4 (or 2 individuals) using the pull out sofa in the living area and using the bathroom through the bedroom. Please tell us if sofa bed is required. Separate bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, coffee maker, Wifi, TV. Well located for guests to experience the best of the Bay of Islands. Continental breakfast ingredients are available for guests' preparation.

Great for families, couples or singles. Awesome spot. All beds made up and plenty of extra linen in the hotwater cupboard to help your self too. Lots of awesome walks handy.Apart from the beach Lake Ngatu is 5mins up the road with its DOC walking track around it.Also forestry/beach walks.

Situated on a private 4ha rural property on the flanks of Mt Parakiore viewing the Whangarei Harbour, our new, stand-alone cottage is inviting guests to relax on the deck spotting our local Kahu flying by. Enjoy the fresh, modern interior with free Wi-Fi, smart TV, a laptop friendly space and a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nescafe Dolce Gusto Coffee machine. Plenty of parking & room for the boat. BBQ available. Walking distance to the local shops, wharf, fishing club & café. Just a 50 minute drive to Cape Reinga & 10 mins out to the famous 90 Mile Beach. Houhora is surrounded by lots of fabulous NZ beaches.

This is the perfect private holiday retreat. Set amongst the bush clad slopes of the Te Wahapu Peninsula, with no close neighbors, adjacent to an expansive bush reserve with abundant bird life and only 7 km from the historic Russell Township.
